On Day 3, in the afternoon, we created our own social story. We used an app called Book Creator. This app was very easy to use. It allowed us to use pictures from the internet nad picture that we took ourselves. We wrote our lines to our social story and recorded us reading the line, so someone could listen to the story. Our story was called "Waiting My Turn at the Water Fountain". After we finished our story and recorded all the lines, we exported it into iBooks. This just took a click of a button and it was placed on the shelf in iBooks.
On the morning of Day 4 we viewed all of our social stories. Everyone did an awesome job and they had great ideas (ex: using the hook, raising your hand, etc). I enjoyed looked at everyone's stories and it gave me ideas of what couls be done next year with some students I will be teaching.
